As land
development manager for Jolly Development, Brian is responsible for
assessing the financial feasibility of prospective residential and
mixed-use developments, including the initial analysis of site
development cost and assembly of perform as. His responsibilities also extend to
zoning and permitting new developments, estimating actual site
development costs, negotiating and administering contracts, developing
and implementing construction schedules as well as assessing and
managing site development costs with relation to established budgets
and projected targets.
A native of
Atlanta and a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in Building
Science and a minor in Business Administration, Brian's twelve years of
experience in the commercial construction industry began with Metric
Construction, Inc. in Marietta as Project Engineer to most recently
Senior Project Manager for Beers Construction Company.
